My practice draws from a combination of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pressure Point/Shiatsu, Stretch, Thai, Yoga and my own stuff. My goal is to send you to a different world, and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I pay attention to every detail, hearing out what your body tells me it needs: how much pressure to apply, where to focus, how to re-adjust. I am consistently told my touch is exceptionally warm and caring.

I use my entire body to support yours along every step, keeping in constant contact from beginning to end. The desire to touch is a human instinct, especially when we are ourselves being touched. You are welcome to touch as long as it doesn't interfere with the bodywork.

All ages, sizes and body types are welcome; all I ask of you is cleanliness and respect.
