he massage will be a Deep tissue full body massage (from head to toe) for one hour. It will be giving on the floor with cushions or on a yoga mat. Also, if you want to do it on the bed ok.

The massage is a combination of deep tissue Swedish and light touch massage. It's very relaxing and I'm sure you will enjoy it. I will bring music if you'd like to enhance the session.
