Massage Therapy

Ryan graduated from the San Francisco School of Massage and has been practicing massage therapy for over five years. He has the ability to customize an individual massage experience with his knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Energy, Sports, Facilitated Stretching, and Hot Stone Therapy. This is all accomplished in a warm, inviting, and convenient setting quietly tucked away in the lovely Noe Valley district of San Francisco. Appointments can be scheduled seven days a week using the online booking feature of the Awakened Seed website. Personal Training


Ryan received his personal training certification through that National Academy of Sports Medicine. He specializes in programs that achieve general fitness, weight loss and/or muscle building. These results are achieved through fun workouts which gets you the results that you want through a balanced program of motivation and support. Workouts stress proper form and body mechanics and teaches you to build from the inside out. Awakened Seed currently has partnered with Golds Gym which provides clients with convenient state of the art facilities to achieve their goals. As with massage therapy, appointments can be scheduled 7 days a week using the online booking feature.

The first step in this process is to receive a personal assessment which can be facilitated by filling out the questionnaire located under the personal training tab on the Awakened Seed website. If you are seeking increased flexibility, balance, energy and confidence; and are committed to working hard while having fun, Ryan is committed to help you achieve your goals.



Mental Motivation

Ryan utilizes a holistic approach to both massage therapy and personal training with the understanding that an individual's mental outlook is crucial to achieving the desired physical result. This unique perspective sets him apart and serves as the cornerstone of a lifelong commitment to total wellness.

Ryan is also involved with the Life-force Educational Corporation which teaches cognitive therapy techniques to uncover hidden mental and emotional blockages that prevent people from realizing true potential. He incorporates his education and experience into his practice to inspire and to awaken the total potential of his clients.
