Our session would begin with a warm up of slow even-pressured movements along the spine, hips and legs. I use a firm pressure along the glutes and hamstrings in order to loosen the lower back constrictions. For the upper back and shoulders I use techniques that loosens and actually lengthens the shoulder muscles by pulling them down and out of their cramped positions. I use a minimal amount of lotion so I gain a better skin on skin traction. Later in the session, I add Biotone massage gel.You'll feel the rush of blood flow to areas deprived of movement and fresh oxygen for a long time. And you'll notice the effects of the session even more in the days following it.
