Awakening your body, mind and spirit through touch, intuition and breath. I begin with relaxing pressure and rocking to assure your body's trust in my touch. I move to dry-work which moves muscle across bone reaching deep in the body but it does not feel invasive. This gives your body time to trust in my touch. I then apply professional massage gel to your body using long, slow, sensual strokes. As your body allows, I work deeper with hands, forearms or elbows. All areas are worked then smoothed. In the esalen style, I return to all areas I have worked creating a sensation of wholeness and integration. When I find an area that is harboring stress, I can work as deeply and firmly as is comfortable for you.

My dedicated workspace is private, centrally heated and air conditioned, with a hot shower. I use a top grade table, music, soft light and clean white linens. There is off street parking available for your convenience. I always enjoy the time I spend with you. Let me know your special needs and we can incorporate them into our session. .
