I use a combination of yoga and massage to free the life force energy and bring balance into your life. The session runs about an hour and is designed to release blocked energy and get the life force flowing freely thru the body. I usually start with some simple yoga breathing and stretches (usually nude if that feels right) then work your entire body with massage and more depending on your needs. The session can be quite erotic and sensual with a lot of body contact.
