This was my first massage by Al and I must admit that he is an excellent masseur. He is also perfectly muscled..an absolutely gorgeous man. A perfect gentleman..he is very personable and hospitable. A trainer and nutritionist as well as a masseur..he is a wealth of information. I certainly intend to become a repeat client.

This was my second appointment with Al. He is very nice and friendly. He is a down-to earth type of guy. Again, this time, as last time, I was taken back for a moment or so; he was more muscular than the last time. During the massage he talked about nutrition; foods to avoid totally and foods to avoid after certain hours. He almost has me convinced to try a nutrition regime. Al was extremely nice in accommodating a last minute request. He is a very pleasant person to be around. He has very strong hands and he was always attentive to details of the massage. He was ready to tailor the massage session to the way that best meets what my body demanded.

I called Al and I was able to get an appointment in two hours. He was very nice and friendly on the phone. He gave me directions from my location to his place. When I arrived, I was taken back for a moment or so; he is quite the buffed man. He is a nutritionist and body sculpting trainer; as well as a massage therapist. Al is all muscle and I was a bit nervous meeting him for the first time as I do not have the perfect body. But the moment I met him, I felt at ease, he is an easy going guy and very accepting of all. You know he is also a trainer and willing to work with all. He uses a professional permanant table -- it does not feel flimsy like so many of the moveable massage tables.
