I act as a guide to help you on your journey.

In every session with me, my hope is that you will have an experience of what you are looking for, AND THAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH TOOLS TO CONTINUE PRACTICING ON YOUR OWN IN DAILY LIFE.

So yes, come for a relaxing, therapeutic massage. And I will include experiences that you can use on your own - perhaps a body-awareness meditation or visualization, or focus on breathing techniques, for example.

Every session is custom-created based on conversation that we have either on the phone or at your first session. (A free, introductory typically 30 minute aspect of our time together.)

About him

My purpose is to facilitate your connection to your inner healing and guidance; to your inner compassion, aliveness and joy.

I do this primarily kinesthetically - bodywork, breath work, energy work, yoga instruction. Learning to love this life in my body has been a huge part of my journey. (I was quite overweight as a child - a way of asking people to "see me," to love me - and yet I was hiding behind the extra weight because I was afraid of being seen and heard. Now I exercise, am conscious of my eating, and nourish my body with gratitude and love for all it does for me.)

I also facilitate connection through spiritual counseling, custom-created ceremonies, workshops and retreats.

I've come to working with individuals and groups after 12 years of working for charitable organizations doing public education, organizing, and infrastructure-building (William Way LGBT Center, Lambda Legal, Easton Mountain Retreat Center).

Bob promptly returned my telephone request for a session and we settled on an appointment time within 48 hours. I have been to Bob several times and each visit I learn more about myself. My first appointment was made on very short notice, and Bob allowed me to fit into his schedule with out a problem. It was a great neighborhood and the atmosphere was really clean and confortable. I felt welcome at all time. Bob was waiting for me, and he is a really easy going professional. Bob started w/ an intake interview... personable and clinical in one. He took a detailed assessment and also looked into my spiritual needs. After that he left, I undressed and was ready. He started with me laying on my back, then proceeded to the back. The massage was comfortable, relaxing, and boosted my confidence. Bob was professional and very intuitive.
We scheduled 90 but he worked on me long after 90 and was just perfect for my needs. I will come back. We had some similarities in our interests. It was a good fit.
