Kristofer's approach is very calm and soothing. e remembers all kinds of details about my body that surprise me, like where the tenseness usually is. He recommended Swedish massage, which I had thought was inappropriate for me, but it turned out to be just right, and I am glad he introduced me to it. In the past I had always had deep tissue or sports massage.
