I want nothing less than to set you back into a state of peace and rightness with the world, a gentle but powerful reminder of the person you are - someone who deserves to be honored and loved.

I offer both detailed deep tissue work to ease and release your tensions and pains, as well as a soothing, nurturing, intuitive touch to coax you into a deep state of relaxation. Technique is important - but more important is to treat the body in holistic, caring manner.

I focus on Sports and Rehabilitation Massage, both for private and commercial clients. I am also developing my own modality focusing on high performance athletic minded individuals that cannot afford the slightest of injury during their training. Each massage is tailored to your specific need - alleviating your injuries, pains, and stresses with strokes that are as deep or as gentle as you desire. My technique will allow you to continuously perform at top levels as we treat injured or effected areas.

Ultimately, I love to work on active minded individuals and get much satisfaction from relieving muscular pain and injuries that might keep you from your daily routine. Everyone's healing process is different, but my goal is to ensure you leave refreshed, relaxed and recharged.

I work out of a private room with bathroom and shower available. All my work is done on a massage table.
