My practice is focused on helping men relax, to ease their tired, soar muscles, to be more present in their bodies, and perhaps to learn something new about themselves. I work out of a clean, pleasant studio conveniently located between Dupont and Washington Circles, and am near both the Red and Blue/Orange Metro Lines. I draw from a variety of techniques which I've studied, as well as incorporating my own creative style which I refer to as holistic somatic bodywork.
