*My philosophy regarding massage: I think it is very irritating to discuss with your masseur the specific needs you have...only to have him proceed with his own agenda. I consider the 90 minutes completely up to your discretion...you design the type of massage you need...ranging from sports/therapeutic to concentrate solely on specific muscle groups...to a very relaxing experience...or anything in between...it's all about you!
*I am quite physically active...so, I know what it's like to be in need of a massage as well and what I expect from a good masseur.
