As a former elite athlete in endurance sports, I understand the many intricacies of the body. I can target specific areas that may be causing you discomfort and pain or we can tailor the session around general relaxation.

My space is specifically free from chemically scented products, ensuring a pure and rejuvenating session. I do kindly ask that all clients refrain from wearing cologne or scented body products. I have a shower available to you if needed/desired and ask that everyone has showered prior to their session. But again, please refrain from using scented products if possible.
