Overview

I have been working as a massage therapist for more than 19 years.

Since I started my first workshops In Esalen Big Sur California in 2004, I have pursued my training and studies at the Swedish Institute in New York.

There, I practised sport massage therapy and Californian deep tissue for 8 years, before moving back to Europe. I have since then been working from my private studio, as well as in different spas of luxury hotels.



I’m a...More firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I strive to align patients and promote well-being to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.

Californian massage uses several traditional massage techniques from around the world to make it a massage of relaxation and well-being. It consists of fluid, continuous and enveloping movements, long strokes and kneading and sliding movements that can go deep into the tissues.
The massage is done on the table warmed with a heated cover.
I use for this practice organic vegetal and essential oils, or neutral cream, individually adapted to your needs.
I also propose a stronger, deep-tissue, sports massage, to release sore muscles from toxins, as well as re-activate and increase the lymphatic system and blood flow.
