In every session, you will experience a wide range of techniques, which include but not limited to interactive stretching, effleurage, and medium to deep pressure strokes. I had a wonderful massage from Shane. He is very friendly which made it easy to relax and let him do his magic as he massaged my body from head to toe. I have a lot of stress in my shoulders, neck, and lower back from work, and he relieved that tension. My neck has not felt this good in a long time. He definitely knows what he is doing and his training was obvious. He varies his techniques throughout the massage.. I definitely will be scheduling some more massages from him. He enjoys what he is doing, and I did too. I'd suggest you give him a try.

This was my fourth time with Shane. He greatly exceeds expectations. A
very relaxing space, he makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. The
massage is fantastic. He checks in with you to make sure that the
pressure, and all else is as you would like. You feel like a
completely new person at the end. Highly recommend that you make an
appointment with Shane.
