Sports Massage by Dmitrii

I went to see Dmitrii because I have a chronically stiff neck with limited mobility. After one visit I knew he could help me so I have been to see him several more times. I am happy to say that my neck has much improved mobility, reduced stiffness, and far less pain. I am extremely happy with the progress we have made. He is very knowledgeable, has a calm and confident demeanor, and his massage is both therapeutic and relaxing. I recommend Dimitrii enthusiastically to anyone seeking an outstanding massage.

I have had massages many times and in many places and Dmitrii comes out on top. He is very professional and concerned about doing the best job possible. He takes special care to injured joints and stretching technique is top notch. I highly recommend him.

One of the best massage experiences. Dmitrii is extremely professional and skilled at delivering a deep tissue full body massage. His intuitive approach to my muscles provided the right amount of pressure and stretching (he adds in some Thai massage stretching techniques) that left me feeling great and completely refreshed and invigorated. I had a great full body workout the following day!

His place is warm and inviting and very clean. I will definitely return again soon. He also has a fun sense of humor which I always appreciate.

Dmitrii is friendly, professional and very talented. He is attentive to your needs and asks at the start of each session if there are particular areas that need focus. Dmitri is an amazing massage therapist in the S Arlington area. He is warm, friendly, gracious, professional, and quite effective as a massage therapist. Dmitri’s online massage booking system makes it easy to schedule a massage and I like that the reservation comes with booking reminders.

I booked a two-hour massage and when I arrived Dmitri inquired about any specific stress areas to target and my preference for pressure; I like strong deep tissue and Dmitri was able to meet the pressure I was looking for with strength and thoroughness. I remarked to Dmitri the next day that I was still feeling amazing; a sign of an excellent massage therapist.

Dmitri created a nice ambiance with soft music and a heated massage table, which I loved. I also loved the weighted heating pad he placed on my back as he worked on my legs. I enjoyed my first massage experience so much that I booked a second massage with Dmitri a couple of weeks later.

The second massage was even better than the first given Dmitri was becoming familiar with my body’s stress points. I also like that he remembered that I like extra time spent on my hands and feet. This alone makes Dmitri a keeper. I highly recommend Dmitri to anyone looking for an amazing massage experience.

Dmitrii is an extremely talented massage therapist. He has healing hands and truly cares about what he does. He is also extremely professional and understands how the body works. If I lived in the DC/Arlington area, I would see him every week. I feel lighter and happier for days after a session with him.

Quality sports massage- Dmitrii really helped knead out soreness from various field sports and running. The modalities of stretching and varying pressure, contrapuntal in application and masterful in execution, were truly professional and impressive. Noticeable muscle improvement and increased comfort. A fantastic experience that I can only give the highest rating. Dmitrii is attentive, responsive, and professional with an intuitive touch that is hard to find in a massage therapist. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job, and he moved fluidly across the table to ensure a thoroughly relaxing experience.

I was particularly impressed with his passion for kinesiology; as I explained areas of my body that were under particular tension or stress, he could easily rattle off a variety of stretches and movements I can incorporate in my daily routine to resolve some of those pains.

A gym enthusiast; he's strong - really strong. I've had many massage therapists in DC, and he is one of the few with the controlled strength to give a very good stretch for an extended period of time.

Setting up an appointment was easy; he is responsive to texts; and his accommodations are relaxing (the heated table is definitely a plus). Again, hands down (pun intended) one of the best massage therapists in the DMV.

Dmitri is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always communicates to make sure he is focusing on the right areas and to ensure you are comfortable throughout the whole process. For those like me who work long hours and weight lift regularly, he is extremely skilled in working on areas of chronic muscle strain/pain and really helping to accelerate the recovery/healing process. I will be signing up for sessions with Dmitri regularly and I encourage those who need a Grade A massage therapist to do the same!!

I had my first massage with Dmitrii today. Hands down the best massage I had for years.
Dmitrii is very professional, easy to communicate with and to set up an appointment. He has a warm personality and made me feel welcomed from the minute I walked into his studio. His technique is mix between swedish, deep tissue and sports massage. He did a lot of stretching which I definitely needed. After one hour I felt relaxed and energized at the same time. I will definitely be booking another session with him soon. If you are visiting DC or see him visiting your city do yourself a favor and book an appointment with him. You won't regret it.

I first visited Dmitrii with chronic tension in my neck and pain in my right shoulder. Dmitrii skillfully delivered a Swedish massage, remembering to handle my shoulder injury with care, and used his fingers to roll out a lot of the tension in my neck. I’m also a runner, and Dmitrii focused on my stressed calves, hamstrings and quads to remove my discomfort and leave me feeling relaxed. Subsequent visits have been incredible, and I am fortunate to have found such a skilled therapist. I highly recommend Dmitrii!

I got a massage recently and enjoyed it very much. The attention to details was important, the room was pleasant and the massage was just the right balance between skillful techniques and firmness. I will do it again for sure.

Being in the military I have had a few massage's in my day, but I really rank him far above the rest. He has a nice touch, a warm personality. He made me feel like his attention was on me.
