What an awesome massage and skilled technique by Rock. He was referred to me by a close friend and let me tell you, he didn't disappoint. Easy to book with, tentative to my needs, intuitive, professional, and couldn't have been kinder during my interaction with him at his studio. I have been looking for a new masseur since mine recently moved away and I have found my new masseur Rock. I love getting massages monthly and I'm so glad I was referred to this guy. I don't typically write reviews but this was just an outstanding nurturing experience for me and I wanted to let Rock know how well I enjoyed our session recently. Thanks again Rock! Rock has been my massage therapist for over three years now. His deep tissue and swedish bodywork has tremendously helped me with my aching joints and chronic back pain. I always leave the session feeling really restored, relaxed and grateful for his service. Truly awesome guy and my go to for an excellent massage every time.

An Exceptional, Professional and Caring Masseur! Rock demonstrated an outstanding, enjoyable and relaxing massage. The amount of pressure he applied was
really satisfying for me, meaning nothing too strong and nor too light, just the right kind of pressure I had asked for when I booked the appointment. He was very attentive and fully concentrated on his job. He checked in with me several times on the temperature of the room, the amount of pressure he was using on me and other necessary feedback from me to make things extraordinarily comfortable for me during the hour. In other words, a very caring and kind person. He welcomed me to his massage studio like an old friend. Therefore he is highly recommended! I will see him several more times here during his visit. What a great masseur!

I can't thank Rock enough. I had an incredible first time massage experience with him while vacationing here. He was kind, caring and professional which put my nerves at ease immediately upon contacting him to set up an appointment. His work area was really tranquil and lit with candles and the room smelled of eucalyptus when I arrived which was a nice touch. He combined several massage techniques he told me and his strokes were long and deep which helped my tensed up body relax as each minute passed. He was able to relieve some lower back pain I was experiencing and was able to use his strong pressure when needed intuitively. I truly felt relaxed and rejuvenated at the hours end. I wanna see him one more time before I leave back home. Wish I could take him with me. What a great bodyworker!

Outstanding massage and great technique by Rock! I was referred by a friend recently who thought Rock would be a good fit for me and I already have booked my second appointment with him in a few weeks. I have been looking for someone who does a really great mix of a Swedish and deep tissue massage and I found him. I felt like I was floating on the table when he finished on my backside and my tension in my shoulders and upper back were totally alleviated. Great strong and consistent pressure throughout the massage. He was extremely professional from the start when I first contacted him and had great intuition during the massage. I was impressed. This guy really loves what he does and it shows! I have gotten several massages now and consider myself a regular client now who books an appointment every few weeks. I really enjoy the style of the massage he gives. He uses a mix of modalities including Swedish and deep tissue massage that left me feeling like I was floating afterwards. Really professional and intuitive masseur who puts you at ease as soon as you are on the table. Pressure is always great and consistent. Price fits my budget too which is a major plus. Always gets me in last minute too. Glad I found him!

Great massage from Rock! His pressure was exactly what I needed. Prior to the massage I was experiencing hip and lower back pain and the massage really relieved a lot of my pain. Within a day or so I was pain free. If you're seeking a kind, focused & professional masseur, this is the guy!

Massage far surpassed my expectations! Today I was able to meet Rock and get a my first massage from him. He is located in a nice neighborhood and setting. He was very welcoming and friendly since the beginning of me contacting him. He asked me if the massage room temperature was ok or if I wanted some water before starting the massage to make my experience more pleasant. The massage was very paced, making sure he was hitting every muscle, every knot. I liked the way he mixed his massage oils, specially on my legs and feet, which it gave a very comfortable relaxation. In regards to Rock, I was hesitant at first due to the price of $80/hour however it was worth every cent! First, his place is not that hard to find and there is free and easy parking. Secondly, his apartment is very simple, yet stylish and warm. He greeted me, offered me water, and led me to the massage room. The massage room temperature was perfect and his hands were amazing. The massage pressure he used was perfect as well and his massage modality was a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue which is EXACTLY what I needed and have been looking for. I had a car accident six years ago that affected my left leg, and he was incredibly intuitive about that area. I have been to a number of masseurs in San Diego, but I think it is Rock’s personality and demeanor, strength, and massage style that really has me wanting to return to him. You will not be disappointed. I cannot wait for my next visit! Thanks Rock!
